The nominees for the 82nd Academy Awards sound about right, even though some actors might feel a little left out, like Brad Pitt for Inglourious Basterds since the movie got a bunch of noms and Daniel Day Lewis for Nine. Here’s the complete list, and congrats to Gabourey (Gabby) Sidibe, first movie she’s in and already nominated for Best Actress in Precious. This year we knew there would be 10 nominations for Best Picture, instead of the usual five, and it includes Up, an animation. This is the second time it’s ever happened, first was Beauty and The Beast, another movie they should have fit in somewhere was for sure The Hangover, that was the movie to watch last year but it didn’t make it. The Teen Choice Awards, were filled with tween stars and attention whores. We say that because these awards weren’t what they used to be, we have odd couple Kathy Griffin 48 with Levi Johnston 19 (Bristol Palin’s baby daddy), we got Miley Cyrus dancing it up on a stripper pole (nice moves) we’re sure she got some tips from little sister Noah 9. By they Miley is now an Edward Cullen fan she tweeted this earlier…”Gave a hug to Rob Pattinson today. Ok girls I get it now. So cute. Sorry “Robby” bout all my bashing in my past ”

What we didn’t know was gona happen Joe Jonas gets a hair cut from Mike Tyson, pretty awful stuff. Twilight stole the show of course, we saw that one coming by taking 11 awards for best choice drama, romance, soundtrack, liplock, rumble, choice hottie and drama actor Rob Pattinson, drama actress Kristen Stewart,  villain for Cam Gigandet, fresh face male for Taylor Lautner and fresh face female for Ashley Greene .

Kim Kardashian showed up with the family, and presented her new blonde locks. She brought her younger sisters along, and can you believe Kylie is only 12, and Kendall will turn 14 in November this year. It looks like Bruce is no longer aloud to speak in that household, aw we miss the Kardashians.

And this may be the only good show MTV has left in their programming, and it only comes out once a year so that can’t be good. The MTV movie awards is the funnest movie award show. This is the celebs fave award show because they can basically wear what they’d like either glam it up, get crazy, or just laid back. We do have our favorites of the night and the horrendous looks of the night as well.
