We’re not sure what was the last straw to take things this far, maybe it was that new recording Radar Online [Click To Listen] has just released, it’s of Lindsay crying, she’s obviously really hurt, she keeps asking why, saying even Dina Lohan her mom wont stand by her, she also says “No one cares about me. They don’t, by the way. It’s about how they feel, not how I feel. It’s not about me. It’s never been about me, unless I fight for it.” The tape was provided by Michael Lohan, leaving his daughter exposed, he says he only did it to let the public see Lindsay does need help, and all the people around her who say she’s fine are all lying. Linds and her lawyer Shawn Chapman are looking for ways to deal with Michael Lohan…

First Lindsay wants a restraining order placed immediately, and wants Michael Lohan to stop talking about her, so they are looking into legal action. One option they may consider is a defamation lawsuit against Lindsay’s dad, since she’s being exposed by him and making her look like crap. Thanks to Michael everyone now knows Linds is popping pills, we’re thinking this could backfire on Lindsay if she is on drugs. Michael could bring out more dirt on Linds to prove to the court she should be in rehab, this guy will do anything to get what he wants, and we’re not too sure it’s helping Lindsay.
